The principal style of yoga is Ashtanga Vinyasa, a dynamic and fluid system of yoga that involves synchronising the breath to a set series of postures.

The practice strengthens the entire body;  it builds muscle tone, increases flexibility, improves balance, and develops a calm and focused mind.  Classes are open to all levels.  You will require a Yoga Mat - although we have mats available for your first visit.  Clothing should allow for a full range of movement (Form fitting tops and trousers will stay in place during postures; no shoes or socks).

Classes are held on Sunday afternoon and are open to beginners as no experience is necessary.

Dates for classes will be announced soon!

She continues to study and expand her own self-practice.
