**This class is not available on the first monday of each month**

The class consists of a 45 minute workout where you will work hard, sweat loads and increase your strength and fitness.  It is a great way to meet new people, alleviate excess stress whilst getting stronger and fitter.

Everyone works at his/her own pace and what you get out of it is what you put into it!  Although you're in class for yourself, you're not by yourself. Our instructor will provide you with the most effective, safe instruction available.  The classes are designed so that you will quickly settle in and they have people of all ages, fitness and ability in them.  So don't worry about coming by yourself as everyone is friendly and it's a great chance to meet people.  If you want to, bring a friend and become training partners!
